Some providers (for example Google, Microsoft and Cloudflare) may process data outside the UK and the EEA, including in the United States. In those cases transfers rely on adequacy decisions (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the UK Extension), or on Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

- Server and security logs: up to 12 months.
- Contact messages: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless needed longer for a legal claim.

Subject to the conditions of the law, you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing carried out before). To exercise a right, use our contact form; we reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
You can also complain to a supervisory authority: in the UK the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), or the data protection authority of the EEA country where you live or work.
8. Security
The Site uses HTTPS encryption, access controls, security monitoring and regular backups. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.
